What we have been quoted in, and what we have not

Press pages are usually written so that hopes and achievements read the same. This one labels each row, because a finalist placing is not a win and an aim is not a mention.

In short

Our niche is Indonesian customs for inbound household and commercial cargo, which is a narrow enough subject that the press who cover Bali relocation tend to come back to the same few desks for it.

  • Press enquiries go to [email protected]
  • Every mention below should carry a link; ask if one is missing
  • Aims are labelled as aims, not folded into the list

Stated as mentions

Four citations, each of which needs its URL on file

These are reproduced as the stored page published them. A mention without a retrievable link is a claim, not a citation — if you are checking us, ask for all four.

Honeycombers Bali

Cited in their "Ultimate Guide to Moving to Bali" for advice on shipping personal effects and the customs mistakes people make first.

NOW! Bali Magazine

Siti Rahayu, Head of Customs & Compliance, quoted in a piece on importing for a Bali villa, on the outlook for duty on furniture and homewares.

Globe Asia

Featured in a business profile of Juara Holding Group, with Shipping to Bali named as the subsidiary addressing an infrastructure gap for foreign investment on the island.

Garuda "Colours"

A contribution to an in-flight feature on Bali's appeal for long-term residents, covering the logistics of making the island permanent.

Awards, certifications and aims — labelled

Three rows, and the qualifier on each one is the most important part of it.

  • ISO 9001:2015 — in progress

We are going through certification for quality management. It is not awarded yet, and this page will not say it is until the certificate exists.

  • Finalist, not winner

Finalist for Expatriate Services Provider of the Year (Asia). A finalist placing, stated as one. Separately, recognised by the Bali Tourism Board as a supporting service for the long-stay sector.

  • Aims, not mentions

We would like to contribute to Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure on the practicalities of a long stay in Bali. Neither has happened. It is listed as an aim because the stored page lists it as one.

For press enquiries, [email protected]. If you are a journalist checking any row above, ask for the link or the certificate — we would rather delete a row than defend one.

Press enquiries

Customs rules, duty rates, what actually delays cargo into Bali. We will give you figures with a source attached or tell you we do not know.
