Included: export packing, disassembly and reassembly, container loading, freight, customs brokerage, delivery and removal of packing materials.
Not included: import duties, quarantine fees for certain items, and villa access works such as crane hire or gate removal. Ask for these to be named rather than assumed.

Check the licensing first. For Indonesia the one that matters is PPJK, without which a company cannot legally clear cargo on your behalf. Internationally, FIDI and IAM membership indicate a standard of practice; ask for the current certificate rather than taking a logo on a website as proof.
Then check the scope. Does the quote include unloading and placement inside the property, or does it stop at the gate? Does it include export documentation and Indonesian brokerage, or only the ocean leg? A quote that is 30% cheaper is usually 30% narrower.
Then check the range. Ask for a best and worst case on transit rather than one optimistic figure, and ask how long clearance usually takes at Benoa and at Ngurah Rai once documents are complete. Anyone quoting materially less than 6-8 weeks from Europe or the US is quoting port-to-port.
Then check how they handle the restricted list. A mover who cannot tell you which of your items need permits before the container sails is a mover who will tell you after it has been seized.
