Who we buy from, and who regulates us
We do not own ships or aircraft. This page says whose space your cargo travels in, which authorities it passes through, and which bodies we belong to.

The network
Four kinds of relationship, kept separate on purpose
The difference between "we comply with them" and "we work with them" matters, so it is stated.
Ports and airport
Port operations at the Port of Benoa and Tanjung Priok run through Pelindo, the state-owned port operator. Air cargo at Ngurah Rai (DPS) is handled through Angkasa Pura I.
Ocean and air carriers
Service contracts with the major lines — Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM — for sea freight from the UK, Australia and the US. Air freight on Garuda Indonesia Cargo, Singapore Airlines Cargo and Emirates SkyCargo into Denpasar.
Bali trucking
The final mile goes to a small set of insured Balinese transport companies who know which gate a 40-foot trailer cannot get through. That knowledge is the whole reason for using them.
Memberships
Four, each of which can be checked against the body's own member list.

The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Membership of the national business network, which is where economic and trade policy changes surface first.

The Employers' Association of Indonesia, which covers labour practice and business conduct standards.

BritCham & AmCham
The British and American Chambers of Commerce in Indonesia, both of which exist largely to tell UK and US clients what the Indonesian business climate is actually like.
If a membership matters to your decision, ask for the current certificate rather than taking this page's word for it. That applies to us as much as to anyone else you are comparing.
